EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
We will issue the refund within maximum 14 days. You can see the refund in your bank account or credit card statement, in maximum 7 business days after the refund is issued. In certain circumstances refund timeframes may be longer.
The original postage costs will be refunded if:
- You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item and return it to us.
- You return the item within the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Your item is eligible for free return if you use the return label provided in Your Orders and:
- The item you received was wrong, damaged, defective, or did not match its description.
- You canceled the purchase of an item under the right of withdrawal within 14 days
